Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Black Plastic Vacuum Pan Repair Kit (Part #VCPBR01) is a replacement mounting pan for a central vacuum wall inlet, molded in black. The vacuum pan serves as the rough-in mount that holds the inlet valve in the wall and connects it to the tubing behind it.

A pan that has cracked or whose mounting ears have stripped lets the inlet valve work loose and can leak air at the tubing joint, costing suction at the hose. Installing this repair kit rebuilds a secure mounting point so the inlet stays fixed and the connection stays sealed.
