Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part 46-2448-4 replaces the floor panel on a Koblenz U610 commercial upright, and Koblenz's compatibility listings also tie it to model 7215. It caps the bottom of the machine, keeps the suction path sealed, and shields the internal components riding above it from whatever the nozzle kicks up off the floor.

Commercial uprights like the U610 spend their working life being dragged over thresholds, bumped into door frames, and pushed into tight corners around fixtures, so a cracked or gouged bottom plate is a routine part swap on machines in daily janitorial service rather than a sign of misuse or neglect. A damaged plate breaks the seal the nozzle depends on, which shows up as weaker pickup well before the plate itself looks bad enough to explain it on sight.
