This bottom twist cap (part #105070, black) is a replacement closure for the ProTeam MegaVac backpack vacuum. It twists onto the bottom of the canister to seal it and hold debris inside.
A cap that has cracked, warped, or lost its grip no longer twists tight, so air leaks at the base and suction falls while debris can work loose. A fresh cap restores the airtight seal the canister needs to hold suction.
