Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch brass compression fitting (Part #14-1973-05) seals a solution-line connection on commercial jet wands. It threads onto the line and clamps down for a tight, leak-free joint at the wand.

A single dripping fitting wastes cleaning solution and drops spray pressure at the jets, so cleaning quality slips. Solid brass threads on securely and resists the corrosion that pits plated or plastic fittings in hot-water and chemical service.
