Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Confirm the thread and tube sizes on your detail tool and solution line before ordering, since compression fittings across brands are not all built to the same dimensions. A compression fitting seals by compressing a ferrule against the tube as the nut is drawn down, and over-tightening past what is needed can deform the ferrule and cause the exact leak you were trying to prevent.
