Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The 1/4 inch brass nipple (Part #14-1976-02) joins two female connections in a commercial jet wand's solution line. It bridges the fittings so pressurized solution flows through to the spray jets without leaking.

When the original nipple corrodes or develops pinhole leaks, spray pressure falls and cleaning suffers across the wand. Solid brass outlasts plated alternatives in harsh chemical service and keeps the joint sealed under repeated high-pressure use.
