Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement brush core with bearing (part #10-3507-21) fits the Dyson DC25 upright and ships pre-assembled with its bearing. The core holds the bristle rows and rotates against the carpet to lift embedded dirt.

Worn bristles let the DC25 skate over dirt, and a dry or failing bearing produces noise and drag before it locks up entirely. Replacing the core and bearing together renews both parts in one step. The dense bristle pattern brings back thorough carpet grooming and extraction.
