Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 9mm black and gold brush strip fits the brush rolls on Riccar Vibrance and Symmetry uprights, along with Carpet Pro CPU1 and CPU2 and the Fuller Brush FBP-14WBP. Sold individually, each strip slides into one channel of the roller. A complete roller uses four strips, so plan for a set when restoring a full brush roll.

Brush strip bristles wear down, flatten, and splay with use, and once they no longer reach into the carpet the roller stops agitating dirt loose. Worn strips leave visible debris and pet hair behind even with good suction. Fresh strips restore firm bristle contact and effective carpet grooming.
