This genuine SEBO brush motor is the 120V, 150W unit for the ET-H power head. It drives the power head's brush roll, turning the roller that agitates carpet for deeper pickup.
A failing brush motor shows up as a brush roll that slows, stalls, or will not spin, sometimes with a burning smell or unusual noise. Without the brush motor turning, the power head can no longer groom carpet effectively. A new motor restores full brush-roll speed and agitation.
