Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Turn a Kenmore 31510 or 31510.1 robot over and the brush roll sits under a removable cover - part 611006104 is that cover. It captures the roller at both ends and forms the mouth that funnels debris into the suction path.

It comes off every time you clear hair, and that is what finishes it: the latches wear, a tab snaps, or the cover warps after a knock against a chair leg. A cover that no longer latches flat lets the roller lift, so it skips instead of sweeping, and debris slides past the mouth rather than being drawn in.

Clear the roller while the cover is off, seat the new one until both latches click, and spin the brush by hand to check it turns freely before sending the robot back out.
