Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 561057102 is the brush roll for the Kenmore DS4015 stick vacuum. On a lightweight stick machine the roller does most of the work, because there is far less airflow available than on a full-size upright; the bristles have to physically flick dirt out of the pile for the motor to have anything to lift.

Bristles flatten, and hair and thread wind into the ends until the roller drags in its bearings. You see it as tracks left behind on carpet, or hear it as a motor that changes note when the head goes down. Cutting the wrapped hair away with a seam ripper every few months buys the roller a lot of extra life.
