Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Replacement brush roll for the Riccar R10CV, part D012-2300, listed in our fitment data as the Riccar 3439. It is the roller inside the cleaning head, and the machine's ability to clean carpet lives or dies by it.

The tell that it is finished is carpet that stays flat after a pass. Bristles that have worn short, bent over or gone hard cannot reach into the pile to lift dirt into the airflow, so the vacuum ends up skimming the surface. Grinding or rattling from the head, or a roll that will not spin freely by hand, usually means the ends have worn as well.

Cut away any hair wound around the old roll before fitting the new one, and check the belt while the head is open, since a stretched belt will not drive a new roll properly either.
