Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The 12-3/4 inch brush roll for the Vapamore MR-500 Vento power nozzle, sold individually under part number 500BRUSHROLL.

Brush rolls wear from both ends. Bristles shorten and stop reaching into the pile, while hair winds tight around the shaft until it binds at the ends and slows the roll down. When the nozzle starts leaving pet hair sitting on carpet after a pass, it is usually the roll that has given out rather than the suction.

Measure if you are unsure which roll you need: this one is 12-3/4 inches and is specific to the MR-500 Vento. With the old roll out, take the opportunity to check the belt as well, since a roll that has been dragging tends to have stretched or glazed the belt on its way out.
