Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the small brush screw for the Kirby 510, an original Kirby fastener stocked as part 1463S. It holds brush roll hardware in place during reassembly, and it is exactly the sort of thing that goes missing on the bench and gets substituted with whatever is in the parts tin.

Substituting is where the trouble starts. A screw that is too long bottoms out, a screw with the wrong thread pitch strips the housing, and either way the component it holds works loose and rattles under vibration. On a machine this old the threads in the housing are the part you cannot replace. The screw is not.

Buy a few. They cost almost nothing, they are easy to lose, and having the correct one on hand is what stops a routine brush roll service turning into a housing repair.
