Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Ametek Lamb MicroJammer brushless motor (Part #119349-51) is a 12V, 3-inch, single-stage unit with tangential discharge that loses only about 3 percent of its air performance under vacuum conditions. It reaches 10.1 inches of sealed vacuum and 17.7 CFM of airflow, with maximum sealed pressure to 50 inches of water, and its speed is set by varying the input voltage through a simple two-wire connection.

A brushless motor that runs weak or intermittently usually signals a worn motor or a control fault. A matched MicroJammer restores the compact airflow and pressure that compact portable and industrial equipment relies on.
