Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This metal hose wall end is the connecting fitting that joins your central vacuum hose to a Budd wall inlet valve. Machined from durable metal rather than plastic, it inserts into the wall valve to form the airtight, low-resistance seal that lets a central vacuum system pull full suction through the hose. (Part #CH-BU3801)

It is built specifically to fit Budd valves, so it is the correct replacement when an original wall end has bent, corroded, or no longer locks securely into the inlet. A loose or damaged wall end is one of the most common causes of weak suction at the hose, and replacing it restores a tight connection.
