Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This bumper sits along the tool's leading edge and takes the impact when the turbo brush bumps against furniture legs, baseboards, or a car door frame during interior detailing. Once it wears through, tears, or peels away, the bare plastic edge underneath is what actually touches those surfaces.
