Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sold individually, this replacement motor cooling fan fits Ametek Lamb motor models 116763-13 and 116311-01. The fan draws air across the motor to carry off heat, and it is critical for preventing overheating during extended vacuum use.
