Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Ametek Lamb bypass motor (Part #119516-13) is a replacement 5.7-inch, 2-stage, 24-volt unit cross-referenced to Lamb 119516. The bypass design cools the motor on a separate air path from the dirty airflow, which suits central vacuum systems and commercial cleaning equipment.

Loss of suction, a burning smell during operation, excessive noise, or a failure to start all point to a motor at the end of its life. Fitting a correctly matched unit restores the suction the equipment was built to deliver.
