Like any nylon tie, this one uses a one-way ratchet head that locks tight once pulled, so removing it later means snipping it rather than backing it off. Central vacuum work rarely calls for a whole box of ties outside of a rough-in, and a 15-count pack covers the wire-bundling and pipe-dressing that comes up on a service call, an add-on inlet, or a quick fix to a low-voltage run that came loose.
