Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These micro-filtration paper bags, part 137, are built for canister vacuums that take a Kenmore Type C bag, and for Panasonic units designed around a Type C-5 bag, three to a pack. Micro-filtration paper traps finer dust within its layers than a standard bag lets through, which matters most in households where dust sensitivity is a concern.

Suction problems on a bagged canister trace back to the bag far more often than to the motor or the hose. Once the paper's pores clog with fine dust, airflow falls off steadily, and that drop shows up well before the bag looks full from the outside.

Swap the bag in once it is roughly two-thirds full instead of running it to capacity, and match the collar on your old bag against the Type C style before ordering, since collars differ from one bag type to the next.
