Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These Style C paper bags, part 3EL3000001, are built for Electrolux Style C canister vacuums, three bags to a pack. Bag style is not something you can eyeball: the collar has to seat flush against the canister's inlet, and a bag that is only close in size will sit slightly proud of the seal and let unfiltered air slip past the paper into the motor compartment.

Airflow through a paper bag declines well before the bag is packed full, since the fine dust that collects inside the paper's fibers restricts how much air can pass through. A canister that feels weaker than it used to is worth checking the bag on before touching anything else.

Swap the bag in around the two-thirds mark instead of running it to capacity, and keep a spare on the shelf so a full bag never forces a cleaning session to stop partway through.
