Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This latch cap with cuff (part #104276) is a replacement closure for the ProTeam Linevacer backpack vacuum. It seals the canister and holds the cuff that keeps the connection airtight on the LineVacer HEPA and LineVacer ULPA 10 qt. models.

A cap that has cracked, warped, or lost its cuff no longer seals, so air leaks at the joint and suction drops while dust escapes around the gap. Fitting a sound replacement closes the leak path and returns the machine to full suction.
