We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement pre-motor filter fits Eureka Capture upright vacuums in the 4700 series, and is also sold as part #77583333N. Positioned ahead of the motor, it captures dust and debris to maintain suction and protect the motor.

A pre-motor filter that is clogged, compressed, or discolored either starves the motor of airflow or lets grit slip past to wear it down. Either way, suction and cleaning results fall off. Rinsing or replacing the filter restores airflow and keeps the motor shielded from dust.

  • Tip: rinse monthly and dry fully before refitting

It seats in the original filter bay for a direct-fit replacement. Replace it every 6 to 9 months, or sooner if it looks worn or will not spring back.
