Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Intended for Ametek Lamb 24-volt and 36-volt motors, this OEM carbon brush assembly is sold individually. It replaces part 50-5930 and serves Lamb motors 116155 and 116156.

Even at lower voltage, brushes wear down and begin sparking, reducing suction and cutting power intermittently, and the fault only worsens if left. Fitting the correct assembly restores steady contact and keeps the low-voltage motor commutating as designed.
