Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement carbon brush kit (Part #R8322K) fits the Rexair Rainbow E and E-2 Series motor, the R7816G. The kit includes two brushes with brass holders that press against the commutator to carry current into the motor windings.

As carbon brushes wear, they can cause sparking, reduced suction, a burning odor, or a motor that cuts out intermittently, all signs the contact has grown uneven. Running worn brushes too long risks scoring the commutator. Installing a fresh kit restores clean electrical contact and full motor power.

  • Fits: Rainbow / Rexair E (1 Speed, serial #9000000+) and E-2 (1 Speed, serial #9000000+), R7816G motor
  • Function: Carbon brushes with brass holders that feed current to the motor

The brushes install into their holders on the motor during service; disconnect power before you begin. Confirm your motor is an R7816G before ordering, and bring the motor back to steady, spark-free running.
