Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM carbon brush set with brass holder is designed for Ametek Lamb vacuum motors and ships two brushes per pack. The brushes ride on the commutator to route current into the armature and wear down as expected over the motor's service life.

Worn brushes cause sparking at the motor, reduced suction, intermittent power, or a burning smell. Fitting a fresh pair with their brass holders restores solid electrical contact and keeps the two-stage motor spinning cleanly.
