Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM carbon brush set (Part #833503-52, also cataloged as #833503-54) is made for a family of Ametek Lamb vacuum motors and ships as a two-pack. The brushes conduct current to the motor armature and wear down with normal running.

Sparking at the motor, weaker suction, intermittent power, or a burning smell indicate the brushes have worn short. Replacing them in time keeps the commutator intact and the motor running at full power.
