We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement carbon motor brush in the late slotted style fits Eureka and Sanitaire upright motors, including the 1400 and 2010 series. The brush rides against the commutator to carry current into the spinning motor, a contact point that wears down with every hour of use.

As carbon brushes wear short, you may notice sparking near the motor, reduced suction, a burning smell, or intermittent power. Left too long, worn brushes can score the commutator and cause permanent motor damage, so timely replacement protects the motor.
