We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Roller stopped, suction unaffected. That combination points at the power head motor rather than anything in the airway, and part 05141S is the carbon set that serves it. SEBO uses the same set across three motors: the 2973ER in the ET-1 and the 370 COMFORT power head, the 2974ER in the ET-2, and the 3252ER in the DISCO polisher.
Brush motor carbons wear more slowly than the pair in a suction motor, since the agitator only draws current while the head is running, but the end state is identical. The roller becomes reluctant to start, stalls when it meets thick pile, comes back if the machine is rocked, and finally does nothing at all. Fits the ET-1 and ET-2 power heads in both switched and unswitched builds, the DISCO Floor Polisher, the 370 COMFORT, and the machines these heads are supplied on — FELIX Premium, FELIX 2 Premium, DART, AIRBELT D4 PREMIUM, AIRBELT E3 Premium, AIRBELT K3 PREMIUM and the C3.1.
