Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM cord hook screw (Part #A732-5000) secures the cord hook to Carpet Pro CPU-series uprights including the CPU1 and CPU1T. The screw anchors the hook to the housing so the wrapped power cord stays held in place.

A screw that strips or loosens lets the cord hook wobble or fall off, and without a firm hook the cord unwinds and dangles where it can be stepped on. A snug screw keeps the hook and cord secure. Fitting the correct screw restores a solid mount for tidy cord storage.
