We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part MOTOR30 is the geared motor built into the Fit All PB11 power nozzle. It drives the nozzle's brush roll rather than the suction fan back in the vacuum body, and it is sold as a standalone replacement rather than as part of a full nozzle assembly.

The same motor is listed for the Carpet Pro CPU85 and for the Oreck UK30200COM and UK30200PC power nozzles.

A nozzle motor nearing failure gives itself away with a fairly distinct set of symptoms: the brush roll turns slowly or stops while the machine still pulls air normally, a hot or burning smell coming from the nozzle housing rather than the vacuum body, a grinding sound or a rising whine, or power that cuts in and out as the nozzle moves. Check the drive belt first, since a stretched or snapped belt can produce the same slow or stalled brush roll and is a much cheaper fix.
