We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A backpack that pulls to one side usually has one tired strap, not two. Part B352-7100 is the left-hand padded shoulder harness for the Carpet Pro SCBP1, and it is often the side that goes first on operators who carry the wand in their right hand.
What fails is generally the padding rather than the webbing: months of commercial use press the foam flat until the strap transmits every edge of the machine into your shoulder. Frayed webbing at the adjuster is the other common end, and once it slips the vacuum rides low and swings as you turn.
This is the left harness only. The matching right side is part B352-7000 if that shoulder has taken the same wear, and replacing both at once puts the machine back to sitting square.
