Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Carpet Pro Upright HEPA Paper Bags come six to a pack and fit Carpet Pro CPU-1, CPU-1T, CPU-2, CPU-2T, CPU-75, CPU-75T, CPU-85, and CPU-85T uprights. The HEPA media captures fine dust and allergens while keeping airflow high through the machine.

As a bag fills or tears, airflow drops and dirt begins recirculating into the room instead of staying captured. Running a vacuum on a stuffed bag also strains the motor. Fresh HEPA bags restore full suction and keep the exhaust air clean pass after pass.
