Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Canisters live on their castors, and this one — SEBO 6095DG — arrives complete in dark gray for the C-series body. The swivel lets the machine change direction as you turn, so the canister follows the hose around a corner rather than tipping over or ploughing sideways.

Hair winds itself around the axle, the swivel stiffens, and eventually the wheel skids instead of rolling. That is the point at which hard floors start collecting fine grey lines and the machine feels heavy on the end of the hose. A sound castor rolls and pivots freely from the first pass.

Castors are worth renewing as a group once one has gone, since they wear at much the same rate and a single stiff wheel will fight the others across a hard floor. Cut away any hair still wrapped on the spindle before the new one goes on, or the fresh castor simply inherits the problem.

Dark gray is the standard finish for the hardware on the underside and back of these machines, so a castor order often goes out with its neighbours: the plug surround is 6007DG, the rear parking holder 6008DG and the side parking holder 6009DG. All four are unpainted mouldings that shrug off scuffs better than the coloured shells above them.
