Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Cen-Tec CT20DXQD Power Nozzle is a compatible motorized floor head that brings brush-roll agitation to central vacuum and canister systems, and it fits the Cen-Tec 4814. Its powered brush lifts embedded dirt that suction alone leaves behind in carpet.

Suction by itself cannot pull ground-in grit from carpet pile, which is why a powered nozzle matters for carpeted floors. When the old nozzle's brush stops turning or wears out, deep-cleaning ability drops off. This unit uses a geared belt drive for steady brush rotation and dependable pickup comparable to a dedicated upright.
