Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replace a worn or broken hose handle with this Cen-Tec soft-grip replacement package (Part #50712). It fits the Cen-Tec XZ9 dual-voltage (DV) hose and the 3200 low-voltage (LV) hose, giving you a comfortable, ergonomic black handle with a textured soft-grip surface for better control while vacuuming.

This package supplies the handle body only — no stub tube and no elbow are included. If your stub tube is also worn, pair it with Cen-Tec stub tube #50701, the matching female/female connector for this handle.
