Part ELERES15 is a resettable 15A circuit breaker built into the motor circuit of a central vacuum power unit. Rather than blow out and need replacing the way a fuse does, this breaker trips and can be reset once whatever caused the trip has cleared.
A breaker that keeps tripping is telling you the motor is drawing more current than it should. That can trace back to a clogged pipe run forcing the motor to labor, a jammed brush roll pulling extra load back through the hose, or a motor nearing the end of its useful life. A breaker that has simply aged out and no longer holds its rated 15A behaves the same way, tripping well under a normal load, and in that case the breaker itself needs replacing rather than whatever it keeps protecting.
