Part TBOPOI35C is a replacement 24V hose handle fitted with a button-lock stub, used on electric central vacuum hoses.

The button-lock end is a wand-connection style you release with a press of a button rather than by twisting or pulling to disconnect, which keeps the wand seated firmly during use and lets go cleanly the moment you want to swap tools mid-clean. Like other 24V handles, this one carries the low-voltage switch that turns a power nozzle on and off as you work, in addition to the hose's ordinary job of moving air and dirt from the wand back to the wall inlet.
