Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 506B is a foam filter cut to 7 inches by 8.5 inches, listed for Electrolux and Aerus central vacuum power units. In the power unit it works after the dirt has been separated out, catching what the collection stage lets through before that air reaches the motor and leaves by the unit's exhaust.

Foam media like this fails gradually rather than all at once, so the usual sign is suction that fades a little at a time across every inlet in the house rather than dropping suddenly at one location. A foam filter that has gone stiff, matted, or grey has stopped moving air the way it should, and running the system on a spent filter puts extra load on the motor with every cleaning cycle.
