This 125 ml can of PVC cement, part TFCOLL2V, is a solvent-weld adhesive for joining central vacuum PVC pipe and fittings.
Solvent cement does not glue PVC the way a contact adhesive glues other materials together. It works by chemically softening both mating surfaces at the joint so the two pieces of plastic fuse into one continuous piece once the solvent cures, rather than bridging the gap with a layer of dried adhesive the way a contact cement does. That fused joint is what lets central vacuum tubing hold a seal over a run that stretches through multiple walls and floor cavities, without leaking air at every elbow and coupling along the way.

Use this cement on plastic tubing only. A metal pipe or metal fitting needs a contact adhesive instead, since solvent cement has nothing to chemically bond to on a metal surface and will not create a seal there the way it does on PVC. Beam's own catalogue lists this can under the same 125 ml size.
