Part 1616326 is the 10.8V wall charger Bissell supplies for its Adapt Ion Pet and Pet Hair Eraser cordless machines. It is the adapter side of the charging system rather than the battery pack itself, and it is the cheaper of the two to replace when a machine has stopped holding a charge.
