Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part R8452B is the 2.5 amp resettable circuit breaker used in Rexair Rainbow power nozzles, and it replaces the breaker on the Rainbow D4-SE and on the PN-2E, PN-3 and PN-3A power nozzles.

The breaker trips when the brush roll binds up on debris such as a sock, a stray thread of carpet fringe, or hair wound tight around the shaft, and the motor starts pulling more current than it should. Clearing the obstruction and letting the nozzle cool usually lets the breaker reset and hold. A reset that will not hold once the obstruction is cleared, or one that trips again within a few seconds every time, means the breaker itself has worn out and needs swapping rather than resetting.
