Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a reusable micro cloth bag assembly sized for the Clean Obsessed CO10 and CO1024 10-quart backpack vacuums, the inner cloth filter that sits in place of a disposable paper bag. SKU 111301 measures about 8.2 inches by 6.5 inches by 2.5 inches, the 10-quart size in the lineup.

The same 10-quart cloth assembly is also listed to fit the COACH, SUPER COACH VAC, MEGA VAC, and LINE VACER backpack models. Because the cloth is reusable rather than disposable, it goes back into service after being emptied instead of being thrown away when full, and keeping fine dust from packing into the weave is what keeps airflow through the machine where it should be. A cloth filter that has gone stiff and grey right through has stopped passing air freely and is due for replacement rather than another cleaning.
