    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the detent spring for the Clean Obsessed CO101 and CO203 and the Perfect DM101 uprights (Part #DM10, sold each). The detent spring is the small tension spring inside the handle-release mechanism that lets the handle lock upright for storage and click into its reclined cleaning positions, then hold there firmly.

    When this spring weakens or breaks, the handle will not stay locked, often flopping forward or refusing to catch in the upright position. A fresh spring restores crisp, positive engagement of the handle latch.
