    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the motor housing gasket for the suction end of the Clean Obsessed CO101 commercial upright (Part #CO29A). The gasket seals the joint between the motor housing and the suction-side airflow path, preventing air from leaking out around the motor so the full vacuum draw reaches the nozzle.

    A hardened, cracked, or missing gasket lets the machine pull air from the wrong place, which drops cleaning suction and can let fine dust escape into the motor area. Fitting a fresh gasket restores an airtight seal and the machine's rated airflow.
