    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the complete handle assembly for the Clean Obsessed CO101 and Perfect DM101 commercial uprights (Part #DM27). It is the full upper-handle unit the operator grips and steers with, supplied as one ready-to-install assembly rather than as loose individual pieces.

    Because it ships complete, this part is the simplest fix when the original handle is cracked, bent, or worn from heavy commercial duty. Replacing the whole assembly restores comfortable control and a solid connection to the wand and body in a single swap.
