    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement inlet duct for the Clean Obsessed CO202 commercial upright vacuum from CleanMax. The inlet duct is the airflow channel that carries dirt and debris from the brushroll nozzle up into the bag or filtration chamber, forming a critical link in the machine's suction path.

    If the duct is cracked, clogged, or warped, suction drops and debris can leak out before reaching the bag. Installing a fresh inlet duct re-establishes a clean, sealed pathway so the CO202 picks up at full power.
