    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Genuine lower handle tube with integrated lower cord retainer for the Clean Obsessed CO202 commercial upright vacuum from CleanMax. This is the lower section of the handle that connects to the vacuum body, and it includes the built-in retainer that guides and holds the power cord in place along the handle.

    The lower handle tube takes the brunt of leverage every time the machine is tilted and steered, so a bent or cracked tube makes the vacuum hard to control. This replacement restores rigid handling while the integrated cord retainer keeps the power cord neatly routed and out of the brushroll path.
