This recessed male plug is the switch-box power inlet used on Clean Obsessed and Perfect commercial backpack vacuums. Mounted on the switch housing, it is the male connector that the detachable supply cord plugs into, completing the circuit between the wall cord and the motor. A loose, melted, or arcing inlet plug is a frequent point of failure on hard-working backpack units.
This is the plug only (Part #PB08PLUG) — the recessed male connector for the switch box — making it an inexpensive, targeted repair rather than replacing the whole switch assembly.
